Every project starts with the site: what it can hold and whether the numbers work. From there the same team takes it through design, consent and construction, so nothing gets lost between stages.

Phase One

Check the site and the numbers

A free land check or feasibility review

Start with a report from our own land-check tool, bringing the parcel outline, services, planning and hazard findings together. A feasibility review then tests layout, costs, sale values and return. If you go ahead with us, the fee is credited.

Design and consent

Design and build coordination

We bring together design, consultants, consents, and the construction team so the plan matches what gets built. Renders show exactly what you're building.

Registered Master Builders contract

We price and build the project under a Registered Master Builders contract as standard, with 12 months of defect maintenance after handover.
