Consents approved, every time so far
Every resource and building consent we have lodged has been approved. Consent is the part of a development programme we control least, so we work through it before a site is committed rather than after.
Contracts that carry obligations
Our builds are delivered under Registered Master Builders contracts as standard, and building work is carried out and supervised by Licensed Building Practitioners. For developer-side work we contract on the New Zealand Standard forms, NZS 3910, 3915 and 3916.
Homes that meet a provider's brief
Community housing providers set out what they need in writing and hold us to it. Building to that standard means the homes are assessed by someone outside the project before they change hands.
Lenders who assess the same numbers
The lenders funding a project run their own assessment of the programme, the costings, and the sale plan before any money is drawn. Their view of a site is a second read on ours.
