The client came to Creston Property to understand the best development pathway for a 5-hectare site in Taupaki.Before committing to a direction, we tested the options first.Across the site, we analysed 28 possible development pathways and ran feasibility studies to understand which strategy made the strongest commercial sense.Because development is not about choosing the biggest idea on paper. It is about finding the pathway that works in the real world — with the right numbers, the right risk profile, and the right strategy for the site.Following the strategy stage, the client engaged Creston Property to manage the development process end to end.
