With Laguna Place, the work started before the site was acquired.First, we looked at the site, the numbers, the consent pathway, and what made sense commercially. Only once the opportunity was properly tested did the project move into acquisition.From there, we stayed involved through consenting, development management, and construction.That continuity matters.
