The 835 square metre site is being developed into six lots, and the project has already moved through disconnection and demolition of the original dwelling. The homes step down with the fall across the site, mixing dark and timber-toned cladding with white weatherboard. Construction is scheduled to follow, with the layouts planned for low-maintenance living close to West Auckland's main transport links.
