This was a substantial development by unit count, built on a tight programme within a live residential neighbourhood. Sequencing the work at that scale, while keeping the surrounding street usable, drove much of how the site was run. The completed homes are contemporary and low-maintenance, adding real housing supply to a well-connected part of West Auckland.
