Westgate Drive sits beside the Westgate town centre, with NorthWest shopping, schools and the northwestern motorway all close by. Coordinating a development of more than forty units means keeping every subcontractor and trade sequenced tightly, and underground drainage across the site added real complexity to that. The work ran through the COVID-19 lockdowns, when material shortages and freight restrictions made supply unpredictable - yet the programme held to fourteen months without slipping. The finished homes are three-level, with crisp white and charcoal cladding and glass balustrades to the middle floor.
