Creston Property is now working through the design stage with a clear focus: create a boutique residential development that feels appropriate for the area, while making sure the commercials continue to stack up.The current direction is likely to be eight premium homes with an upmarket architectural feel.The goal is not to force density onto the site. It is to find the right balance between design quality, market expectations, planning realities, build cost, and final return.
