Peter Buck Road sits in New Windsor, close to Blockhouse Bay, Avondale and the northwestern motorway. The site required retaining wall pillars totalling eleven metres in length, a significant piece of engineering before any building work could begin. Material supply for that retaining was tight at the time, so the pillars were sourced from outside Auckland to keep the programme moving. With the ground secured, the homes above are contemporary, well-proportioned and built to last.
