Glenvar Road occupies a large, elevated site in Long Bay, close to the regional park and the coast. The build is staged in two parts to keep the workflow, safety and quality control manageable across a site of this size. Work so far has focused on bulk excavation, retaining and extensive erosion and sediment control across steep contours. Once complete, the facility will provide a modern, secure and quiet environment designed around the needs of older residents.
