Dominion Road is close to Papakura's town centre, train station and motorway access. The site was taken from acquisition and subdivision through design, construction and final sale. Partway through, the land was reclassified into a flood-management overlay, which meant the drainage and levels had to be reworked around the new requirements without losing the yield. The finished homes are contemporary, efficiently planned and built to sit comfortably in an established street.
